  • 24-Hour Refund Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders are processed and cannot be refunded.

Return Policy

  • 30-Day Guarantee: We offer a 30-day guarantee on all eligible items. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • After 30 days from the date of delivery, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.


Conditions for Returns

Return Shipping

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. CoreMemories™ is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
